We have expertise in, and a passion for, knitting and crochet and stock great quality yarns with a transparent supply chain. We are located in the stunning Somerset countryside in a modern, airy unit with views out over the fields. There is plenty of parking for those coming for a browse on a Saturday or attending one of our friendly and encouraging fibre craft courses.
What we love about Cambrian Wool -
If I could only stock one yarn, it would be Cambrian Wool. While it is soft enough to wear next to my skin, it still has real bounce, body, structure and character. It is a joy to work with and a joy to wear. I've made a beautiful Columella shawl by Maddie Harvey and a pair of Kraai Mitts by Anna Maltz. Both have had a lot of wear and have lasted really well! I'm currently working on a stranded colourwork design of my own in the 4ply. Cambrian Wool is great for colourwork!
As well as Cambrian Wool we also stock -
a variety of quality yarns for knitting and crochet along with accessories (i.e. Geo-Metry, Knit-Pro), tools (i.e. KnitPro, Addi) and patterns (i.e. Isager, Petite Knit). Our kits include other fibre crafts like needle felting, punch needle and cross stitch.
