Delivery

Orders are sent out on Thursdays by Royal Mail second class or Royal Mail Tracked 48. The cut off time for orders is 5pm on Tuesday for dispatch on Thursday.

Please contact us if your order is large/urgent or your delivery address is outside the UK.

Post and packing is at cost as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd class - order by 5pm Tuesday and your package will be dispatched on Thursday. The Royal Mail UK delivery area INCLUDES the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.

Up to 270g: £4.08

271g plus: £100 - well clearly we won’t charge anyone that much for delivering their wool! This is the system’s shorthand for ‘there is another more cost effective option’.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - order by 5pm Tuesday and your package will be dispatched on Thursday. The Royal Mail UK delivery area INCLUDES the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.

Up to 0.520kg: £4.68

0.521kg to 1.520kg: £6.90

1.521kg to 2.020kg: £8.70

2.021kg plus: £100 - well clearly we won’t charge anyone that much for delivering their wool! Contact us before ordering if this is showing as your delivery option.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your yarn or kit purchase please return within 14 days in an unused condition, and with all original labels and any internal packaging in place, fit for resale. We will not accept returns where the yarn appears to have been used or labels are missing. Please notify us by email that you are returning the purchase.

All responsibility for returns lies with the sender – we recommend you obtain proof of posting as a minimum.

We will refund the purchase price but not the return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Patterns: digital files are not refundable. You may cancel your order within the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period unless you require the file before the 14 day period has elapsed, in which case you waive the right to cancel the order.
